Gwendolyn J. Tucker

Gwendolyn is Founder of Leader Who Leads, Scale Your Pay Academy and Zap The Gender Pay Gap.

Her mission in life is to leave each person and place better than she found it.

During her tenure in Corporate America, Gwendolyn served in leadership roles in Finance & Accounting, Customer Service and Human Resources.  She has extensive experience developing and deploying DEI initiatives in Fortune 500 Corporations. 

With a degree in Accounting, she earned her designation as a CPA after starting her career in manufacturing.

Gwendolyn is President of RIX International, a firm founded by her husband Ricky L. Tucker.  She is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm and its operations.

A Past President of the Memphis Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Gwendolyn is keenly aware of disparities that women face not only in in the workplace but in entrepreneurship as well.
