Women are in a fight. Lo and behold, our fight is not only about equal pay for equal work in our current job, but we’re in a fight for pay equity as we progress in our careers.

When someone asks which one you want, tell them that, when it comes to pay, you want both. You want equal pay for equal work and equal access to promotional opportunities to increase and scale you pay.
